Shared community calendar
The first visible public win
The shared calendar is one of the first practical parts of Digital Muirkirk. It gives local groups a way to publish events, meetings, sessions, and activities in one place.
Why it helps
Useful before anything more complex is built
Groups may be able to manage their own calendar entries, whether or not they are using a full Digital Muirkirk Workspace account.
- Residents can find local events more easily
- Groups can avoid clashes where possible
- Activities become more visible
- The village gets a clearer picture of what is happening
- The website becomes useful immediately, before anything more complex is built
